Prompt Deck Studio sells digital products, including downloadable prompt card decks, templates, and related writing resources.

Digital product delivery

Because our products are delivered digitally, customers receive access to downloadable files after purchase. No physical product is shipped.

Refund eligibility

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered. However, we may review refund requests in the following cases:

• The customer was charged more than once for the same product.
• The download link does not work and we are unable to provide access to the files.
• The purchased files are materially different from the product description.

Non-refundable cases

We generally do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after downloading the product.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
• Expecting a physical product when the page clearly states that the product is digital.
• Incompatibility with a specific personal workflow or preference.

Payment processor policies

Refunds, when approved, may be processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your original payment method.
